Larder is small square structure with boarded door flanked by chamfered slits on west, single slit to south and twin slits to east; steep pyramidal roof carries slatted cylindrical vent with moulded finial. Renewed 12-pane sash windows, ground floor right in former doorway; surrounds re-use M older dressings including lintel inscribed I B 1731 (now left jamb of 1st floor right window). Hipped roof with 2 stepped-and-corniced ridge stacks and lateral stack on left return, all rebuilt C20. Left return shows renewed 12-pane sash on 1st floor. Rear central 12-pane sash stair window and 12-pane sash below 9-pane fixed window on right, all in chamfered stone surrounds. On left is end of rear wing with 6-pane fixed window and 8-pane sash, 12-pane sash above and hipped roof; older masonry in lower part of wall extends to left into adjacent outbuilding with boarded door and double doors under segmental arch. Right return of wing shows half-glazed door with dated lintel, paired 12-pane sashes, and single 12-pane sash on 1st floor. Very tall section at west end castellated with 2 large stepped buttresses behind. Next section, almost as tall but with flat coping, ramped down at right with a ball finial; to rear is a 1-storey, 5-bay outbuilding range; symmetrical with plinth. Central double doors under raised parapet on mask corbels with re-used central wreath enclosing datestone. Flanking bays each have central door between segmental-headed windows with iron lattice glazing. All doors are ledged and boarded, with interlaced heads. Two lower castellated sections of wall to east,stepped down, with a ball finial at the step, linking to brick wall around garden (q.v.). Nave with stepped buttress bay divisions and trefoiled lancets. Tower becoming octagonal above low angle buttresses; west window and belfry openings, the latter under steep gablets, are trefoiled lancets with cusped spheric triangles in heads; octagonal stone spire. Gabled porch with diagonal buttresses; boarded doors with ornamental ironwork under double-chamfered arch with head stops to hoodmould, 2 spheric triangle lights in west wall. Eastern parts have stepped buttresses and trefoiled lancets, taller in transept. Foliate hood stops and transept gable cross. Sanctuary has ridge of pierced cinquefoils and wrought-iron finial cross; south-east porch has similar doors to main porch, under trefoiled arch, and 2-light C14 style window on east. Interior. Plain chamfered tower arch, tall hollow-chamfered arch to crossing. Moulded sanctuary arch with foliate caps and head stops, flanked by smaller segmental-pointed arches to side chambers. Sanctuary has segmental-pointed arches to side chambers and trefoil-headed niches further east. Crossing/ transept has lofty roof with arch-braced trusses carried on moulded wall shafts.
